Testing of concrete and natural stone products

The quality of concrete and stone products is critical to the durability of buildings and landscaping elements. We conduct laboratory testing to verify the compliance of such products with current building standards and technical requirements.
The reliability and safety of your construction projects begins with accurate laboratory tests.

In our laboratory, we perform testing of the physical and mechanical properties of concrete products used in road construction, landscaping, fencing structures, and the creation of small architectural forms. Each product group is tested according to specific standards, ensuring the reliability of results and compliance with regulatory requirements.

During the tests, we evaluate characteristics such as compressive strength, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, frost resistance, water absorption, slip/skid resistance, and other properties that affect the reliability and durability of materials under real operating conditions. This is especially important for products exposed to regular mechanical loads or environmental influences.

We assess compliance with regulatory documentation requirements for the following types of products:

  • Concrete curbs — according to DSTU B V.2.7-237:2010 and DSTU B EN 1340:2016
  • Concrete paving blocks — according to DSTU B V.2.7-145:2008 and DSTU B EN 1338:2016
  • Concrete slabs for pedestrian paths and sidewalks — according to DSTU B EN 1339:2016
  • Small-size concrete wall products — according to DSTU B V.2.7-7:2008
  • Small concrete architectural forms — according to DSTU B EN 13198:2016

The obtained results and testing protocols can be used by manufacturers to confirm product compliance with quality standards, enhance consumer trust, participate in tenders, and expand their market presence.
