Testing of building mixtures plays a crucial role in the construction industry, as it allows us to ensure that the materials used meet the necessary technical specifications, which is essential for the strength, stability, and safety of future structures.
Building mixtures are tested in accordance with the requirements of the following standards:
DSTU B V.2.7-126:2011, DSTU B V.2.7-233:2010, DSTU EN 12004-1:2020, DSTU EN 13813:2019, DSTU EN 15824:2019, DSTU EN 14891:2019.
The testing includes:
- Determination of compressive strength and tensile strength under bending,
- Adhesion testing (bonding with the substrate),
- Resistance to moisture, freeze/thaw cycles, and temperature effects,
- Analysis of crack resistance, elasticity, and transverse deformation.
These parameters are critical for plaster, masonry, adhesive mixtures, as well as for specialized waterproofing compounds.
Upon completion of the tests, we provide customers with official protocols containing detailed results, which can be used for product certification, internal quality control, or participation in tenders.
