We perform testing of windows and doors, regardless of frame material (PVC, aluminum, wood), according to the harmonized European standard DSTU EN 14351-1:2020 “Windows and doors. Product standard. Part 1: Windows and external pedestrian doorsets (EN 14351-1:2006 + A2:2016, IDT)” to determine the main operational characteristics of the products:
- Air permeability according to DSTU EN 1026:2021 “Windows and doors — Air permeability — Test method (EN 1026:2000, IDT).” Determination of air permeability classes according to DSTU EN 12207:2020 “Windows and doors — Air permeability — Classification (EN 12207:1999, IDT).”
- Water tightness according to DSTU EN 1027:2021 “Windows and doors — Water tightness — Test method (EN 1027:2000, IDT).” Determination of water tightness classes according to DSTU B EN 12208:2013 “Windows and doors — Water tightness — Classification (EN 12208:1999, IDT).”
- Resistance to wind load according to DSTU EN 12211:2020 “Windows and doors — Resistance to wind load — Test method (EN 12211:2016, IDT).” Determination of wind load resistance classes according to DSTU EN 12210:2021 “Windows and doors — Resistance to wind load — Classification (EN 12210:2016, IDT).”
The tests are conducted on an automatic test bench by MessTec, a leading European laboratory equipment manufacturer, certified by IFT-Rosenheim (Germany).
